Roselyn Himann
CEO, Vanterra HR

With over 25 years of experience in business development, strategic innovation, and HR management, Roselyn Himann is a versatile leader in the HR field. Her career has covered six continents, where she has successfully managed diverse portfolios in engineering, technology, and energy industries, making substantial contributions to startups and small businesses. Known for her strategic acumen and dynamic energy, Roselyn is a trusted advisor and an expert in crafting tailored solutions that propel organizational success.

As a compassionate and visionary leader, Roselyn is renowned for her deep expertise in human resources. She founded the non-profit organization Energy For All, which has made significant impacts by providing clean water, renewable energy, and essential infrastructure to remote communities, including First Nations reserves in Canada.

Roselyn authored her first employee manual at the age of 20, marking the beginning of a distinguished career in human resources. Her enthusiasm for innovation in technology has played a crucial role in integrating advanced solutions into strategic HR practices. She notably expanded her business from a simple kitchen table operation to a thriving enterprise, assuming roles in HR, marketing, sales, and government liaison, and securing funding through adept grant writing.

Roselyn is dedicated to enabling individuals to discover and embrace their unique contributions to the world, guiding them towards meaningful employment. She is passionate about creating a corporate culture that promotes visibility and active participation, ensuring a workplace where employees feel acknowledged, heard, and joyful.

Outside her professional endeavors, Roselyn enjoys traveling, exploring diverse cultures, and staying active outdoors with her family. Her foremost passion is uplifting and celebrating people, making every interaction with her both inspiring and empowering.

Christina Gierus 
HR RN, MN, PN1, PROSCI
Certified Nutrition Coach

Christina Gierus is a wellness expert with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and a deep understanding of behaviour change, mental wellness, and systems transformation. Christina coaches clients—especially those navigating midlife—to reclaim energy, balance hormones, and build sustainable health habits.

Guided by the belief that wellness should be simple, science-informed, and flexible, Christina brings a fresh and grounded perspective to nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

Her background includes public health nursing, project leadership, and province-wide healthcare transformations. Christina is known for her clarity, empathy, and evidence-based approach, helping people tune out the noise and create routines that work in real life—without pressure or perfection.

She holds a Master of Nursing from the University of Calgary and certifications in nutrition, change management, and project leadership.

Outside of work, shes a mom, logistics wizard, and outdoor enthusiast who loves planning trips and connecting over good coffee.

Strategic HR Consultant

Tracy Stephen is a seasoned HR leader and career coach with more than 15 years of experience guiding people and organizations through growth, transition, and change. With a background spanning insurance, energy, real estate, and hospitality, she brings grounded, strategic insight to every engagement.

Tracy held senior roles at Sovereign Insurance and Brookfield Residential before

becoming an expert HR consultant. Her focus now is supporting small and mid-sized businesses with leadership development, HR transformation, and culture-building initiatives.
 
Known for her clarity, candor, and care, Tracy is a certified facilitator and coach who excels at cutting through complexity and building trust. Her clients describe her as kind yet direct—a coach who brings heart to the tough stuff.
 
Outside of work, she’s a proud stepmom and auntie, often found travelling, enjoying Pinot Grigio, orexploring Italy. She leads with integrity and believes that the best work begins when people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
